Timeslips: Creative Storytelling for People with Memory Loss
Join us for TimeSlips, a creative storytelling method that replaces the pressure to remember with the freedom to imagine. Originally designed as a way for people with dementia to connect with their care partners, TimeSlips has evolved into a way for people to grow and connect across ALL challenges of memory loss. Storytelling empowers people to participate, access their imagination and connect with others. Evidence-based research indicates that TimeSlips brings meaning and purpose into lives, is engaging, empowering, and fun for all who participate.
Everyone welcome. No registration required.
Sponsored by the East Jefferson County Memory cafe and facilitated by Carolyn Christina Manzoni and Randi Winter.
