Friends of the Library
EIN: 91-1219441 UBI: 601590865
The Friends of the Jefferson County Library is a non-profit organization which funds programs and purchases items that the library could not otherwise afford. If you are interested in becoming a Friend stop by the library and pick up an application. The Friends hold fund raising events and book sales throughout the year. Learn more about how to donate Books, CDs and DVDs.
The library relies on its volunteers to provide support and assistance to enhance service to our patrons. Volunteers perform a variety of tasks. We make every effort to match your skills with existing volunteer opportunities. Some current volunteer jobs include shelf reading, mending books, and sorting and straightening the magazine collection. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Administrative Services Manager, Brwyn Griffin.
Your gift to the Jefferson County Library will help support and enhance library programs and services. Gifts in any amount are welcome and are important to sustain and strengthen the library.
All gifts are tax-deductible. We can accept gifts by credit card online or by telephone. If you prefer to send your donation directly, please make checks payable to the Jefferson County Library and send them to:
