Friends of the Library
EIN: 91-1219441 UBI: 601590865
The Friends of the Jefferson County Library is a non-profit organization that funds programs and purchases items that the library could not otherwise afford. If you are interested in becoming a Friend stop by the library and pick up an application. The Friends hold fundraising events and book sales throughout the year.
The library relies on its volunteers to provide support and assistance to enhance service to our patrons. Volunteers perform a variety of tasks. We make every effort to match your skills with existing volunteer opportunities. Some current volunteer jobs include shelf reading, mending books, and sorting and straightening the magazine collection. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please fill out our online application. You can also download our printable application form.
