Programs & Events
Library programs and events are sponsored year-round. We currently offer educational and recreational programs for all ages; age specific Storytimes designed for age-appropriate development and enjoyment; summer reading program events; lectures and discussions on humanities; informational programs; and our annual Huntingford Humanities Lecture.
Recognizing the need for providing opportunities to our community to develop technology skills we implemented Tech Tuesdays – classes and drop-in sessions for technology assistance.
We often partner with other organizations such as the Humanities Washington Speakers Bureau, local schools, Washington Coalition of Early Learning, the Burke Museum, and more!
Community events are also important to us; we celebrate the season with an annual Open House in December.
