Food and Beverage Purchase Policy

The District occasionally sponsors events, programs, and special meetings that include courtesy refreshments such as cookies, coffee, tea, etc. The District is authorized, at the Director’s discretion, to provide light food and/or refreshments at minimal Library expense at programs, events, and meetings.

Purchases will abide by the District’s Purchasing Policy.

Purchase of alcoholic beverages with District funds is not allowed. On no occasion will alcoholic beverage be served or consumed on District grounds without the written approval of the Board of Trustees.
