Looking for a space to be calm and reflective this winter? Join the Benji Project for an 8-week series on mindful self-compassion. This program is designed for teens aged 13 to 17 and will help you:

  • Learn practices to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease.
  • Cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Each session will include art, journaling, light movement, meditation practices, and discussions on topics related to mindful self-compassion.

The class runs from January 15th, through March 19th (no class on February 19th or 26th) Class Schedule.
