Vickie K. Norris

Vickie became a resident of Port Ludlow in 2020. Before that, she was a partner in the law firm of Anderson Hunter in Everett, WA with a civil litigation and employment law practice for 37 years. She also served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Snohomish County before starting civil practice.

Vickie has always enjoyed actively engaging in her community. She has served on many boards, including Planned Parenthood of Western Washington, City of Everett Salary Commission, Everett Community College Board of Trustees, Snohomish County Public Defender Association, and City of Everett Library Board of Trustees. She was also active in professional associations serving as a Governor elected from the 2nd Congressional District on the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors, and President of the Washington Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She is also a proud member of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Vickie is married to J. Robert Leach Washington State Court of Appeals Judge, Div.1 (retired). Their son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren live in the Bay area. Vickie, along with J. enjoys the beauty of Port Ludlow, reading, cooking, many outdoor activities, and their neighbors on Anchor Lane. They share their home, with two pampered Manx cats, Bette and Boo.
