Stress management is an essential technique for maintaining wellbeing in this fast running world. In this class, we’ll explore several Apple and Android apps to help facilitate relaxation and stress reduction, followed by a guided meditation using a shared app.
Stay after class or drop in and work with a staff member to receive individual assistance with your computer or handheld. Bring your own device or ask to borrow one of ours.
