Menu for the Future Discussion Course

Be a part of an illuminating exchange about FOOD by joining the Northwest Earth Institute’s Menu for the Future discussion course.  

The course will kick off on January 22 at 5:30 pm with a \”meet and greet,\” followed by a screening of the movie

The Bullish Farmer.

 At this meeting, discussion groups will  be formed to meet at either 10:15 am or 1:00 pm for six weeks of discussion beginning January 29

Individual group discussions will be held on January 29, February 5, 12, 26, March 5, and 12.

During each group session, participants will take turns facilitating by leading others through discussion questions provided in the course book. 

Program course books will be available to purchase at the library, or as an in house reference copy. This six-week course will clarify all you want to know about how to eat, what to buy, and how your choices impact our local food system.  

Co-Sponsored by Local 20/20, the Port Townsend Food Coop, local Farmers Markets and the Port Townsend Film Festival.
